We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee on standard placements, 60 days on Household Packages, and 90 days on Private Placement engagements. If a placement does not work out within the guarantee period, we replace at no additional fee.
Private Placement is our bespoke concierge recruitment service designed for households with specific, sensitive, or complex requirements. Rather than selecting from our existing roster, we conduct a dedicated search on your behalf — sourcing, vetting, and presenting 3–5 hand-selected candidates tailored precisely to your brief.
